I set aside time and attention especially for your hair appointment. Are you unable to attend? Cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Appointments can only be cancelled or rescheduled by calling +31613916860.

• At least 48 hours in advance: there is no charge for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
• Less than 48 hours in advance: I charge 50% of the price of the booked treatment.
• Failure to attend without notice (no-show): I charge 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
